Returns & Exchanges

At Salt Strong, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned by the carrier to activate tracking.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
